Product Descriptions & Application
1. These chair or sofa springs are in a D Arc (curved shape) and are usually stretched from the front to the back of your seat. They are manufactured with different wire diameter and cut to individual set lengths measured in mm. Measure existing springs "follow the arch" to get an accurate measurement for replacements.
2. Fixings are also displayed in the options and more details on their use is provided in the Clips, Links, Plates & Wire section. Border wire and clips can be used to join the springs.
3. Also known as Sofa Springs, Chair Springs, Sinuous Springs, Serpentine Springs or Snake Springs. Zig Zag Springs, unlike tension springs are fixed front to back and up and down. They are manufactured with a high-carbon steel and the D Arc option is particularly popular for upholstery projects.
About Delivery
1. Shipped by LCL / FCL.
2. If trade in FOB / CIF term,goods will be shipped from Guangzhou / Shenzhen port.
3. If trade in EXW,goods will be loaded in factory or if you need us send the goods to appointed loading place,it's also ok,but maybe will have extra fee.

Generally speaking,length below 65cm - 500PCS/bag,length above 65cm - 300PCS/bag,we pack the springs with knitted bag,bag color has green,white & yellow.If you have special packing way,we also can do as your request.
About MOQ
1. For our standard size,we ask for the MOQ of each size is 2500PCS.
2. For the customized size,we ask for the MOQ of each size is 4000PCS.
3. If you have special printing on the packing,there also will be the MOQ of packing demands.
About Samples
If need samples of our standard size,can offer you in 2 days,but if need samples of customized size,will take around 3-5 days.Samples fee is free,but the freight charge should be negotiated.But if your order quantities is large,we can refund the cost after you place the order.
